Q1:How shall we assemble the machine?
A1:Customer shall assemble the machine based on our video and
operation manual provided. It’s easy, usually take about 15 minutes
after customer becoming familiar with our machine.
Q2:How shall we operate the machine? Is training necessary?
A2:The operation of the machine is easy to learn. We will provide
operation manual with pictures and related videos to customer.
Additionally, we’ll provide online training while needed. So, our
customers could master our machine operation without difficulties.
Customer can also come to our workshop to get training. We could
dispatch our technician to customer’s office for help as well.
Q3:What are the after sales service?
A3:Our machine has 1 year warranty (ink and printhead excluded) if
not artificial damaged. After the warranty, we still provide
lifetime technical support and service.
Q4:What’s the delivery time?
A4:About 5-10 working days after receive the payment.
